Established in 2005, Raborifi R. Inc. Attorneys is a reputable law firm in the South of Johannesburg (Mondeor). Founded by Mr. Harry Raditlhalo Raborifi, as a sole director. The firm’s primary objective is to provide efficient legal services in order to add value to clients’ businesses and personal lives. Since its establishment, the firm has grown to a staff compliment of 10 people consisting of 1 Director, 1 Senior Conveyancing Associate, 2 candidate aAttorneys, 3 Administrative Staff and 2 messengers. We pride ourselves in the positive and vibrant attitude expressed by all our staff in and out of our office environment.


Our specialist practice areas include Administrative law, Construction and Engineering Disputes, Insolvency Law, Law of Contract, Civil Litigation, Labour Law, Property Law, Constitutional Law, Public Procurement Law, & Conveyancing, Family Law, Corporate Commercial law, Administration of Deceased Estates and General Litigation Services. Mr. Harry Raditlhalo Raborifi

Director: B. Iuris LLB (University of Limpopo).

Mr. Raborifi was admitted as an attorney on 17 November 1998 and has 26 (twenty-six) years’ experience. He served his articles of clerkship at the University of the Witwatersrand Law Clinic and held positions at two major black firms where he worked as a Professional Assistant, became a Partner and now is a Managing Director at Raborifi Attorneys

Mr. Monageng was appointed as a Candidate Attorney at Raborifi R. Inc. Attorneys from 05 March 2020 to present. He graduated at the University of South Africa on October 2018. He is currently harnessing his skills in Litigation, handled Urgent applications, adhered to Settlement Negotiations, consulting with clients, Negotiation and Drafting, Legal Research and Effective management of contract through the guidance of Mr. Raborifi and Ms. Rudd.


Ms. Nomonde Nxumalo

Candidate Attorney: LLB (North West University)

Ms. Nxumalo was appointed as a Candidate Attorney at Raborifi R. Inc. Attorneys from 12 October 2021 to present.

She is currently harnessing her skills in Magistrate Court, Litigation, Debt Collection, Settlement Negotiations, Drafting, Legal Research and Effective management of contract through the guidance of her Principal, Mr. Raborifi and Ms. Rudd.
